The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Engineering Cyber Security with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM). The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and support of enterprise IAM systems and services. This includes the implementation of authentication, authorization, provisioning, and identity life cycle processes using standard IAM platforms and protocols. The role also involves the integration of identity services with internal and external applications, development and maintenance of system configurations, and providing ongoing operational support for IAM systems. The AVP will collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with security standards and participate in audits and compliance activities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 6 years' of experience, or a Master's degree and a minimum of 4 years' of experience, in IAM or a related occupation. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in IAM systems, security concepts, and enterprise IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On and various authentication/authorization protocols. Experience with IAM platforms such as PingIdentity or similar products, as well as with on-premises and cloud environments, is essential. The role requires proficiency in integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications, troubleshooting IAM systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The candidate should also be adept at configuring IAM components to support secure access and have a strong understanding of security and compliance requirements.
