The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to play a pivotal role in shaping the corporate technology function of a complex global business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a multiyear corporate technology strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and its path to operational independence. This includes setting a clear roadmap that balances daily stability with modernization programs, advising the executive team on technology risks and opportunities, and owning the portfolio of critical corporate platforms. The CIO will also lead global infrastructure and IT operations, define and execute the enterprise security strategy, and build and mature technology vendor management and PMO disciplines. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a proven track record of delivering a corporate technology strategy that enhances the reliability, security, and scalability of a global business. A minimum of 15 years' progressive technology leadership experience, including a previous role as a CIO, is required. The ideal candidate will have direct accountability for complex ERP environments, experience in enterprise cybersecurity, and a strong background in leading technology within an environment of multiple entities. High emotional intelligence, political acumen, and the ability to lead through influence are essential, as is executive presence and credibility with senior technology and security leaders. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and experience in complex supply chain or CPG environments is a plus.
