The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to lead and manage the financial operations of its US entity. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, strategy, compliance, and planning, with a focus on overseeing the financial health and internal controls of the US subsidiary. This senior role requires a strategic business partner with a strong background in financial controllership, accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance. The VP of Finance will be a key player in the annual report process, audits, and will ensure that the company meets its revenue and profitability targets. Experience in software, healthcare, or professional services environments is preferred, as is a working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, including multi-currency consolidations and intercompany transactions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a CPA qualification, and at least 10 years' of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 5 years' in a senior finance leadership role. They should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence senior leadership and drive informed business decisions. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems is essential, with experience in AI and financial technology being a plus. The role also involves managing cross-border finance operations, engaging with key stakeholders, and leading a team to automate financial reporting and improve financial systems integrations.
