The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Internal Audit with a focus on Cloud Technology Audit. The successful candidate will be part of the third line of defense, responsible for independently assessing the firm's internal control structure, including governance processes, risk management, and capital and anti-financial crime frameworks. This role involves providing assurance on the integrity, security, and compliance of the organization's cloud computing environments. The ideal candidate should have more than 15 years of relevant audit experience, a degree in computer science, information security, engineering, or equivalent, and a strong background in financial services. Key responsibilities for this role include performing regular risk assessments, building strong relationships with business and engineering stakeholders, and continuously monitoring business and technology developments. The role also requires leading audit work, defining the scope of risks and controls, and managing a team. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of cloud computing, technologies, risks, and mitigating controls, as well as proficiency in auditing various cloud services. Basic qualifications include being highly motivated, with strong analytical skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant industry certifications or accreditations are a plus.
