The Company is seeking a Vice President of Roadway to lead and manage complex transportation and federal design-build projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall project leadership, including planning, contract management, quality assurance, financial performance, and team leadership. This role involves leading the pursuit and delivery of large-scale transportation design-build projects, serving as the Project Manager during the pursuit phase, and providing executive oversight throughout the project delivery to ensure successful execution in design and construction. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), and have a minimum of 15 years of transportation design experience, with at least 10 years in managing or leading design-build projects, preferably those exceeding $500M. The role requires a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams in alternative delivery environments, strong expertise in project financial management, contracts, and risk management, as well as technical expertise in transportation infrastructure design and design-build delivery methods. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, team management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to think strategically, solve problems, and manage complex projects with a high level of collaboration and adaptability.
