The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes, ensuring they align with the company's strategic priorities and financial targets. This role involves in-depth analysis of financial results, business performance, and key value drivers to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and business stakeholders. The VP will also support the strategic planning process, prepare financial and strategic materials for senior management forums, and deliver cost management reporting. Building effective relationships across finance, business, and support functions is essential to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial and strategic planning outputs. Applicants must be degree holders with a major in accounting and finance, have 8-10 years' of relevant experience in management reporting within financial institutions, and possess professional certifications such as a qualified accountant, CFA, or FRM. Extensive experience in financial planning and analytics, particularly within the financial services industry, is required. The role demands excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and outstanding communication and presentation abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaboration and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships, fostering effective teamwork across cross-functional teams and engaging with senior management.
