The Company is seeking a Vice President, Event Operations to lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of a diverse range of events hosted at the stadium. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and the maintenance of safety, compliance, and brand standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management, communication, and production of event operations, including sporting events, concerts, corporate functions, and community activities. Key responsibilities include managing and overseeing event management, guest experience, and conversions departments, providing on-site leadership, and ensuring the highest level of execution for season game operations while meeting profitability goals. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in large-scale event management, with a proven track record in both professional sports and live concert events. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with previous senior leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, as well as the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Experience in budget management, and a background in the development, transition, or opening of large-scale venues, are highly preferred. The Vice President will also be expected to champion a best-in-class fan and guest experience, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
