The Company is seeking a Head of Group Reporting to lead a critical finance transformation journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end group consolidation process, including FX translation, eliminations, minority interests, and group adjustments. This role also involves establishing robust intercompany matching frameworks, leading the implementation of a new consolidation platform, and overseeing full financial reporting, statutory statements, and group cash flow management. The Head of Group Reporting will be the primary contact for annual external and statutory audits and will partner with global stakeholders to ensure international tax compliance, with a focus on the APAC region. Applicants for the Head of Group Reporting position at the company should be ACA qualified (or hold an equivalent formal chartered accounting qualification) and have a strong background in technical consolidation, IFRS reporting, and disclosure.
