The Executive Director will also be tasked with business planning, forecasting, and achieving results in revenue growth and expense management. To excel in this position, the Executive Director must have a passion for excellence, be a great team player, and possess a college degree, with a master's degree in business management preferred. A minimum of 8-10 years' of management-level experience, particularly in senior living, hospitality, hotel, or service industries, is required. Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of Title 22, and the ability to create and implement sales and marketing plans for occupancy and NOI growth are also essential. The role demands a leader who can ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and who is adept at managing vendor relationships.
