Vice President of Marketing Greater Melbourne, Australia Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead a senior team and define a new category in operational intelligence for agriculture. This role is pivotal in building a brand that is trusted by both farmers and boardrooms, and in shaping the way data is used to protect the world's food supply. The successful candidate will be responsible for the company's go-to-market strategy, including customer and market insight, positioning, and the development of a global brand. They will work closely with the Head of Revenue, CEO, and leadership team to connect the product and market story to enterprise growth and will have the final say on the brand's global presence. Candidates for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly in SaaS or tech, and experience in leading a team of experienced marketers. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions and a strong, independent point of view on marketing. Experience in defining or repositioning a category, as well as a commercial focus on marketing outcomes, is essential. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, curious about the target audience, and able to balance high-level strategy with day-to-day execution. While not mandatory, a background in agriculture is a bonus, and a strong understanding of the US market is a significant advantage.
