The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead the definition and execution of its technology vision, architecture strategy, and long-term product roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning AI agent harnessing and orchestration infrastructure, leading and scaling a high-performing engineering organization, and driving the development of AI-native products and enterprise-grade automation capabilities. This role requires a leader with significant software engineering and technology experience, deep expertise in AI and machine learning, and a proven track record of delivering complex products in fast-paced, high-growth environments. The CTO will also be tasked with overseeing platform architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence, and will be a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategy and growth planning. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a strong background in modern SaaS platform development, distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integrations. The role demands an individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with technical teams, executive stakeholders, customers, and investors, and a demonstrated capacity to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical decision-making.
