This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the strategic transformation of enterprise capabilities, particularly in the areas of business process redesign, technology, data, analytics, automation, and AI. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the discovery of complex business problems, framing them in a strategic context, and translating them into future-state workflows, solution strategies, and measurable outcomes. A key aspect of the role is to identify opportunities for AI and agentic capabilities to fundamentally change business workflows and decision-making, rather than merely automating existing processes. The role requires a strong product mindset, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a focus on maintaining continuity from discovery to delivery. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in business or technology strategy, product strategy, digital transformation, management consulting, or related fields, with a proven track record of leadership in complex enterprise environments. The role demands a deep understanding of modern technology, data, analytics, and AI, as well as the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to shape and execute AI-enabled, data-driven transformation. The ideal candidate will have a background in one or more of the following domains: finance, enterprise performance management, insurance, asset management, financial planning, or banking. Strong skills in strategic problem framing, business discovery, future-state reimagination, and executive influence are essential.
