The Company is seeking an Executive Director for an Investment Platform Data Strategy Lead within its Fixed Income business. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the Fixed Income research and portfolio management teams, driving the development of data products that support research, analytical tools, dashboards, and decision-making processes. This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong background in the Fixed Income business, particularly in the development of investment inputs. The Executive Director will be responsible for end-to-end data product development, ensuring that the products meet the defined requirements and standards, and supporting their adoption to realize business value. Applicants must have a proven track record of delivering high-value investment products, at least 5 years of direct experience in a similar role, and a solid understanding of data quality, metadata management, and technical skills such as SQL and Python. The role demands strong business engagement skills, the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment, and a focus on risk and control awareness, particularly in regulated environments. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in SQL, Python, or JAVA for data product curation, and familiarity with business intelligence tools.
