The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Parenteral Manufacturing Science and Technology. This pivotal role is responsible for the scientific and technical stewardship of sterile drug product manufacturing, encompassing the entire process from technology transfer and validation to lifecycle management. The successful candidate will lead a team of scientists and engineers to ensure process robustness, reliable supply, technical compliance, and continuous improvement across the internal and external manufacturing network. Strategic leadership is a key aspect of the position, with a focus on defining and executing the technical strategy for the global parenteral drug product manufacturing network and ensuring alignment with global health authority requirements. Applicants must have a Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering or science discipline, with at least 15 years' experience in the biopharmaceutical or applicable industry. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the parenteral drug development process, CMC, and GMP requirements, as well as the ability to anticipate industry trends and emerging issues. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and leading high-performing global organizations, and experience in optimizing processes and managing risk. Strong strategic awareness and the ability to navigate complex, matrix organizations are essential, as is the capacity to travel as needed. The Executive Director will also be involved in talent development, project leadership, and the implementation of commercial process and lifecycle improvements.
