Senior Assistant Vice President, Data Analytics & Engineering Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Assistant Vice President for Data Analytics and Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-impact data transformation initiatives for enterprise clients across various industries. This role involves partnering with client executives and business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translating them into data-driven analytics solutions. The Senior Assistant Vice President will also be tasked with delivering insights through interactive dashboards, customized reporting, and advanced analytics to guide high-level decision-making, as well as presenting recommendations to senior and C-Suite leadership using clear, data-driven storytelling and compelling visualizations. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years' experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence. The role requires a strong background in data engineering and ETL development, with at least 7 years' of experience in this area. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), programming and analytics languages (Python, SQL, R, or PySpark), and business intelligence tools (Power BI or Tableau) is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project and people management, data governance and compliance, and statistical and predictive analytics, including machine learning, forecasting, and segmentation. Experience in leading innovation initiatives and a background in marketing analytics and sports client performance metrics is also highly valued.
