The Company is in search of a Vice President to establish and lead its Modern Management Platform function. This role is pivotal in a highly regulated, multi-entity environment, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the platform and tenant ownership, policy architecture, application deployment, automation, and engineering practices. Key responsibilities include owning the Intune tenant as a platform, governing a consistent multi-entity, multi-tenant management model, and serving as the technical owner for the platform in various critical situations. The role also involves designing and governing endpoint policy across multiple operating systems, owning the Intune application deployment plane, and building automation to enhance engineering practices. The candidate will be expected to lead a team of platform engineers, set and enforce engineering standards, and ensure the platform meets the operational, audit, and executive reporting requirements. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in endpoint, platform, or systems engineering, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Entra ID, proven ownership of endpoint policy and security baselines at an enterprise scale, and strong automation skills with Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, and REST APIs. Experience in application deployment and packaging standards across various operating systems, as well as a demonstrated ability to influence and set standards across teams, is essential. While not mandatory, experience in financial services or other regulated industries, familiarity with control frameworks, and relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.
