The Company is seeking a Category Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Online Care and Prescriptions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the company's online healthcare and prescription services, with a focus on providing members with access to essential products at the real cost, without any markup. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to disrupt the traditional retail and marketing layers in the healthcare industry. The Category CEO will have end-to-end ownership of the category, including the launch of various online care and prescription services, and will be expected to work closely with the CEO, medical director, and healthcare regulatory counsel to ensure the highest standards of medical quality, member experience, and compliance. Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years' of operating experience in a high-growth health tech or technology startup, or in a relevant consulting role, and a proven track record in digital health, particularly in telehealth, pharmacy, or consumer health. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in AI and a commercial instinct for negotiating with partners and suppliers. The ideal candidate will be extremely ambitious, with a strong work ethic, and a degree from a top university in a relevant field. The role demands a high level of responsibility and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, as well as a commitment to patient safety and quality. Experience in the specific healthcare categories being launched is a bonus.
