The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to establish and lead the security, compliance, and customer trust program. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of security and compliance activities, including customer security reviews, deal support, compliance and audits, privacy and contracts, security operations, incident response, identity and access management, resilience and policy, and AI security. This role is pivotal in the company's transition to an in-house security program, with a focus on closing deals faster and ensuring the safety of customer data. The CISO will also be involved in the first 90 days' activities, such as taking over customer security reviews, finalizing incident response plans, and presenting a security and certification roadmap. Applicants for the CISO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in security, with at least 3 years' leading a program at a B2B SaaS company. The role requires a candidate who is comfortable engaging with enterprise CIOs and auditors, and who has a hands-on approach to security tools and technologies. Experience in SOC 1/SOC 2 audits is essential, with ISO 27001 experience being a plus. A background in fintech, ERP, or accounting software is also a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will be a pragmatic builder, capable of starting as a team of one and expanding the security team as the company grows.
