Key responsibilities for the CEO include defining the commercial model, leading capital formation, and overseeing business development and capture. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 15 years of senior leadership experience, and a history of success in a similar role. Essential qualifications include a growth record, market exposure, and the ability to manage governance, compliance, and risk. The CEO will also be expected to recruit and build a strong team, ensure the company's compliance with industry standards, and serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization. A background in counter-UAS, air defense, force protection, or related fields is preferred, as is experience with SaaS solutions and familiarity with the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process.
