The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President - Data/Information Management Senior Analyst to join their Analytics and Information Management (AIM) group. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is dedicated to using data assets to analyze information and create actionable intelligence for business leaders. This role is pivotal in leading data strategy and onboarding work, particularly for the wealth central data platform. Responsibilities include working as a data strategy lead, building a strong data foundation, and developing reporting frameworks to track key business metrics. The role also involves close collaboration with technology and operations teams to ensure efficient data onboarding, as well as designing and developing MIS and business reporting. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in data management, BI, or reporting, with a proven track record in data engineering, data management, and data architecture. The role requires expertise in SQL, SAS, Tableau, and a strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration. Experience with SSIS, SSRS, and familiarity with data governance principles is preferred. The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem solver, a strong team player, and a clear communicator with a results-oriented and innovative approach. Responsibilities also include mentoring junior team members, driving complex projects, and having a good understanding of AI applications in the reporting space.
