About the Role
Remote (anywhere in United Kingdom)
The Company is seeking a CEO for its University Partnerships Europe division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the division's strategy, performance, and growth, with a strong focus on commercial accountability, academic quality, student outcomes, and effective governance. This role demands a senior executive with a proven track record in leading and growing a business, particularly one that is built on long-term institutional partnerships and delivering services to individual customers. The CEO will work to strengthen existing university relationships, enhance commercial and operational performance, and develop new partnerships, campuses, products, and market opportunities. A commitment to educational quality, student success, and responsible, sustainable growth is essential. Candidates for the CEO position should have substantial profit and loss accountability, sound commercial judgment, and experience working across diverse countries and cultures within a globally distributed, matrix-managed organization.
