The Company is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel II to join its Commercial Transactions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support across a diverse portfolio of commercial agreements, with a focus on technology, vendor relationships, and other key commercial transactions. This role requires a business-minded attorney who can balance legal risk with practical commercial objectives and is adept at negotiating complex commercial agreements that support critical business operations. The Associate General Counsel II will work closely with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and will be a trusted advisor, helping the firm navigate opportunities and risks while supporting strategic growth. Applicants must have a Juris Doctorate and a minimum of 5 years of progressive legal experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in commercial transactions and related legal implications. The role demands exceptional legal knowledge, judgment, and integrity, as well as strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. Experience in independently handling technology transactional work, significant experience in commercial agreements, and a background in the securities and/or financial services industry are highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of proactively managing legal matters, providing practical legal solutions, and leading improvements in commercial transaction processes.
