Vice President, Regional AI Forward Deployed Leader Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Regional AI Forward Deployed Leader to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a strong technical and customer-facing background, capable of advancing the company's unique AI and insurance expertise. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to transform the insurance industry and build the autonomous insurer of tomorrow. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and retaining AI-FDEs and Value FDEs, as well as standing up customer-funded pods and driving production adoption. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering software or AI solutions at customer sites, with a focus on time to productive pod deployment, hiring quality, and retention. The role demands a hands-on approach with AI agents and large language models in production, or a deep enterprise software delivery record with a strong drive to excel in this area. The candidate should have the ability to manage the Hub Leads in the region, work with various leadership teams, and run the field-to-Product/R&D feedback loop. Success will be measured by the candidate's ability to meet the company's high standards for time to productive pod deployment, production value, and adoption, as well as their contribution to the reuse and cataloging of AI and value FDEs. The position requires a leader who can allocate pod capacity effectively, manage pod economics, and ensure the team's work aligns with the company's goal of advancing the possible in the insurance industry.
