Key responsibilities include leading regional business development efforts, maintaining regional profitability, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering projects that meet client expectations. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in the AEC industry, including at least 5 years in a management role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and financial oversight. Leadership competencies such as the ability to establish strategic priorities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the consulting engineering business are essential.
