The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Public Sector business unit. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the VP, Public Sector Engineering, driving the execution of critical initiatives and optimizing the operational rhythm of the business. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional initiatives management, executive reporting, and the execution of special projects. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for synthesizing complex information to support public sector objectives and growth, and must be prepared to act as an extension of the VP in various capacities, including client development, external presentations, and internal problem-solving. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should be hard-charging, initiative-driven generalists with a strong orientation towards outcomes. The role requires an individual who is deeply analytical, low ego, and ready to embrace the intensity necessary to achieve the goals of the growing public sector business. The ideal candidate will have a history of being scrappy when it counts, an effective interpersonal style, and a proven ability to build high-trust relationships. Experience in leading small teams, managing complex work streams, and a deep intellectual curiosity about AI and machine learning, particularly in applications that advance national security, are also key qualifications. Nice-to-haves include a Top Secret U.S. security clearance, 4+ years in a strategic, analytical, and operational role, and experience in top-tier consulting, venture capital, or tech.
