The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of clinician pay, customer billing, and cash acceleration, while also driving operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability. This role involves overseeing both U.S.-based and offshore teams, and the ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare staffing, deep pay/bill expertise, and a proven track record of building scalable operations in a high-growth, private-equity-backed environment. Applicants for the Vice President of Payroll and Billing Operations position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare staffing, workforce solutions, or contingent labor industries.
