The Company is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join their team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in leading the finance function, with a focus on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and statutory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial reports across multiple legal entities. Additionally, the role involves overseeing annual budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting, as well as working closely with commercial and operational teams on financial matters. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with managing statutory accounts, audit requirements, and financial compliance, including cross-jurisdictional VAT and tax matters. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be ACA or ACCA qualified and have a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Experience in cash flow and working capital management is essential, and a strong technical knowledge of statutory reporting, audit processes, and tax compliance is required. The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple jurisdictions and legal entities, and must be a confident, commercially minded leader with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise are also necessary for this role.
