The Company is in need of an Interim Head of Accounting to take on the operational management of the accounting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting activities, including the preparation and follow-up of financial statements in compliance with German GAAP and IFRS. This role also involves the definition and optimization of processes in accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as providing support in the optimization of a recently implemented SAP S/4HANA system. Additionally, the Interim Head of Accounting will be involved in handling issues and process questions related to a completed company acquisition. Applicants for the Interim Head of Accounting position at the company should have several years' of experience in managing accounting functions, with a preference for those who have served in an interim capacity. A strong background in German GAAP and IFRS is essential, as is practical experience with SAP S/4HANA. Expertise in post-merger integration is a plus.
