The Senior Vice President will also oversee all aspects of men's basketball competition, including the regular season, tournament, and postseason, and will be expected to lead initiatives that enhance fan engagement and commercial opportunities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of professional experience in collegiate athletics, basketball, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the issues affecting Division I men's basketball and a proven track record of working effectively with high-level stakeholders. Experience in NCAA governance, national basketball organizations, and a background in revenue, media, marketing, or event operations are preferred.
