The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead the financial transformation and scaling of one of its portfolio companies, an engineering services business. The successful candidate will be tasked with building core financial infrastructure and reporting from the ground up, leading financial due diligence on current and future acquisitions, and actively participating in the hands-on development of systems and processes. This role demands a passionate and committed leader with a strong background in engineering services, particularly in the areas of percentage-of-completion accounting, financial reporting, and P&L ownership. The CFO will be expected to honor the company's legacy while driving it towards a significant growth target within a 4-5 year period. The ideal CFO for the company will have a tenure of 10-35+ years, with a proven track record of success in a similar financial leadership position.
