The Company is in need of a VP-level Business Analyst with a focus on Market and Liquidity Risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a variety of risk initiatives within a global investment banking setting. This includes close collaboration with Risk, Treasury, Finance, Front Office, and Technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of regulatory, strategic, and system change programs. Key responsibilities for the role include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, facilitating workshops with relevant stakeholders, producing functional specifications, and supporting the full project lifecycle from design to business adoption. The role also involves performing impact assessments and supporting risk transformation projects. Applicants must have a strong background in business analysis within investment banking or capital markets, with a specific focus on market and/or liquidity risk. Essential skills include the ability to work with senior business stakeholders and technology teams, strong data analysis and documentation skills, and experience with Agile delivery methodologies. Technical skills such as SQL, Python, Power BI, JIRA/Confluence, and experience with risk platforms are preferred. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, hands-on Business Analyst with a proven track record in delivering risk technology and regulatory change initiatives, and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
