The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Engineering Services to lead the standardization of the division's operations, with a strong focus on sales, operations, and engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth in the most important business unit, particularly in the north east region. This pivotal role involves working closely with the sales team to identify and respond to opportunities, ensuring consistent communication of pricing and delivery capabilities, and collaborating with operations and engineering to support project completion and maintain high engineering utilization. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position must have a background in engineering, with an EE degree and ideally a PE. A minimum of 5 years' P&L leadership experience, with a proven track record of owning a P&L of at least 25 million, is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of power systems and utility-sized power generation technology, as well as exceptional emotional intelligence for effective people leadership.
