The Company is seeking a Head of Enterprise Digital Assets and Tokenization to lead its central team in this strategic and rapidly evolving space. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the day-to-day digital assets and tokenization strategy, translating it into a prioritized and funded portfolio of initiatives. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on driving priority initiatives to in-production status and maintaining a strong external network across onchain-native and traditional financial institutions. The Head will also be tasked with building and maintaining senior relationships, negotiating partnerships, and shaping commercial constructs for onchain distribution. Internal alignment, governance, and risk management are key aspects of the role, as is the ability to influence and lead a small, high-caliber team. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in capital markets, asset management, financial data and infrastructure, or digital assets, with a proven track record of standing up new businesses or products. The role demands a leader with executive-level communication skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to operate within regulatory, legal, and compliance constraints. A strong background in digital assets, including tokenized products and onchain infrastructure, is essential, as is the ability to align competing priorities and deliver through influence. Preferred qualifications include experience in launching regulated products, technical fluency in blockchain, and exposure to governance at the board or council level. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, grounded in commercial reality, and capable of operating in a global, matrixed organization.
