The Company is seeking a President to the Office PMO & Projects Lead with a strong background in strategic execution, governance, and cross-functional orchestration. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and operating the segment's PMO cadence, governance frameworks, and milestone tracking across various initiatives. This role requires the ability to actively monitor the portfolio's health, identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and resource constraints, and ensure disciplined execution against approved business cases. The President will also serve as a trusted execution partner to the leadership team, synthesizing complex business inputs into decision-ready recommendations, and driving cross-functional alignment to resolve interdepartmental roadblocks. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a related discipline, with a Master's or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience in PMO, strategy, corporate development, business transformation, or chief of staff roles within a large multinational or matrixed corporate setup is required. Experience in HVAC, building technologies, energy management, industrial products, or adjacent technology sectors is highly valued. The role demands a professional with a high level of business and financial acumen, exceptional executive communication skills, and a proven ability to influence senior executives. Proficiency in modern project/portfolio management tools, data analytics, and executive reporting frameworks is essential.
