The Company is in search of a Vice President for Credit Risk in Consumer Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of credit risk strategy across the consumer finance portfolio. This includes owning underwriting policy, credit appetite, scorecard oversight, and decisioning frameworks. The role also involves monitoring portfolio performance, early warning indicators, and stress testing outcomes, as well as driving provisioning oversight and capital optimization initiatives. The Vice President will be expected to ensure model governance, validation, and regulatory compliance, and to partner with various internal teams to maintain risk-adjusted profitability. Applicants must have a significant background in credit risk within retail or consumer banking, with a minimum of 10 years' experience. Proven leadership skills in managing senior risk professionals are essential. A strong knowledge of Southeast Asian consumer finance markets, particularly with experience in Indonesia, is preferred. The role requires a deep understanding of consumer lending products and lifecycle risk management, as well as the ability to work with regional stakeholders. The Vice President will also be tasked with presenting portfolio performance, risk appetite metrics, and emerging risks to senior governance forums, and must be capable of leading and developing a high-performing credit risk team.
