Applicants for the VP role at the company should have a doctorate in engineering, with a preference for a background in electrical engineering, mechatronics, microsystems engineering, or systems engineering. A proven track record in R&D management within an international industrial setting, experience in the development of complex technical systems, and a strong understanding of industrial development processes are essential.
