Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be CA/CPA-qualified professionals with a background in consumer products, FMCG, retail, or a related inventory-based business. Practical experience in financial management, particularly in the areas of reporting, cash flow, and inventory, is essential. While not mandatory, experience in private equity is advantageous.
