The Company is seeking a Head of People to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including hiring strategy, onboarding, retention, and offboarding. This role demands a hands-on approach, with a focus on automating and redesigning HR processes to scale effectively. The Head of People will also lead and develop the recruitment team, run the contractual and labor law setup across multiple countries, and ensure compliance with local regulations. A key aspect of the position is to be the go-to person for resolving HR-related issues, from hard conversations to supporting teammates in need. Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years' HR experience, with at least 2 years in an international company of 50 to 200 people. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in operational HR, including independent labor law judgment in at least one CEE jurisdiction. Experience in building and automating HR processes, as well as a strong background in using AI tools for HR functions, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a scale-up DNA, be adept at working with incomplete information, and be comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fluency in English and a native or fluent level in one of the specified CEE languages is also a must.
