The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team and play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and development. The CFO will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, encompassing financial strategy, commercial performance, governance, risk management, business planning, and capital allocation. This role is critical in driving the company's commercial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and enabling the delivery of long-term growth ambitions. The successful candidate will act as a trusted adviser to the CEO and Board, contributing to all aspects of strategic and organizational development. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should be accomplished finance leaders, qualified at ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent level, with a background in professional services, engineering, consultancy, construction, or a project-led environment. The role requires a combination of strong technical and commercial expertise, the ability to influence at the Board level, and a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, including transaction support, due diligence, valuation, and post-acquisition integration. Experience with private equity investors, investment processes, and value creation initiatives is highly advantageous.
