The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's mission to support and amplify efforts in ocean and climate policy. This senior leadership position is responsible for connecting intention to action, owning the annual planning cycle, and ensuring that the organization's strategic priorities are effectively translated into actionable tasks. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in decision-making processes, particularly in guiding the leadership team, and will hold the line between the organization's mission and its funding pipeline. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in senior strategy, operations, or organizational leadership, with a proven track record in running planning cycles and holding senior teams accountable. The role requires a strong writer, comfortable producing a range of materials, and experience with governance and fundraising oversight.
