The Company is in search of a Vice President of Supply Chain to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive supply chain strategies. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and mentoring teams across various supply chain functions, including planning, procurement, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and customer fulfillment. This executive leadership role demands a strategic and results-driven individual with a proven track record in optimizing global supply chain operations, enhancing planning capabilities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Vice President of Supply Chain will also be responsible for establishing KPIs, building scalable processes, and ensuring that the supply chain is aligned with the company's objectives and growth initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President of Supply Chain position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years at the Director or Vice President level. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in procurement, planning, S&OP, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationship management, particularly within highly regulated manufacturing environments such as pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or animal health. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead large, multi-functional supply chain organizations, develop strategic sourcing initiatives, and drive supply chain transformation programs. Experience in FDA-regulated and GMP environments, as well as strong financial acumen and exceptional executive communication skills, are essential. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree, relevant certifications, and experience with international supply chains and global sourcing initiatives.
