The Chief of Staff/Investment Strategist will be expected to have a strong background in investor relations or product specialist roles within the asset management or hedge fund industry, with a focus on quant finance, the systematic investment process, and portfolio solutions. Applicants for the Chief of Staff/Investment Strategist position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant role and hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. The role requires exceptional analytical and Excel skills, a strong understanding of quant finance, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership. Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Dynamo, is also a plus.
