The successful candidate will be a trusted right hand, responsible for managing priorities, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading critical initiatives from inception to completion. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include translating business strategy into actionable plans, building and improving internal processes, and managing cross-functional projects. The role also involves establishing operating cadences, identifying and solving operational gaps, and supporting the founders with strategic decisions and business planning. The ideal candidate will have a background in a technology company or high-growth startup, with a strong emphasis on building processes and systems from the ground up. Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to think strategically while being hands-on in execution. Experience in e-commerce, DTC, paid media, or the creator economy is preferred.
