This senior executive will be responsible for leading the strategic assessment and operationalization of high-priority initiatives that are in the early stages of development. The role involves providing enterprise-level coordination, creating clarity and alignment, and preparing initiatives for successful transition into formal delivery. The successful candidate will be a trusted leader, capable of challenging constructively, and disciplined in converting complex activities into a coherent action plan. Responsibilities include leading the intake and triage of emerging priorities, acting as the enterprise orchestration lead, and translating strategic direction into clear outcomes and executable roadmaps. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in enterprise strategy, transformation, or program leadership, with a proven track record of success in large, complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise judgment, exceptional stakeholder leadership skills, and the ability to operate credibly with senior executives. Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry is a plus, as is a background in both strategy/advisory work and hands-on program execution. The role requires a leader who is highly organized, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to lead multiple priorities concurrently while maintaining a coherent enterprise view. A Bachelor's degree is required, and advanced degrees or relevant certifications are valued.
