The Company is seeking a Vice President, Private Wealth Management Leader to oversee and lead a team of Wealth Management Advisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistent execution of integrated planning and support teams, with a focus on embracing the PWM brand, fostering client relationships, and driving business opportunities. This role requires the development of a high-performing team through effective talent acquisition, coaching, and performance management, as well as the cultivation of a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement. The VP, PWM Leader will also be accountable for the overall business results within their territory, including customer loyalty, AUA/AUM growth, and client engagement. Candidates for this position should have a strong background in high net worth products and services, with a deep understanding of institutional sales, relationship management, and wealth planning. The role demands superior presentation and communication skills, the ability to build strategic partnerships, and a proven track record in leading dispersed, client-facing teams. The VP, PWM Leader will be responsible for the effective adoption of technology and new initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting cross-company partnerships. A minimum of 5 years' of relevant financial services and leadership experience is required, along with active Series 7, 9/10, and 66 licenses. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree and CFP, CFA, or equivalent being preferred.
