Assistant Vice President, Full Stack Application Development Greater Tampa, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Application Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the technology team. This role requires the ability to conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, IT planning, and risk technology, as well as to monitor and control all phases of the development process. The Senior Full Stack Application Developer will also be expected to provide user and operational support, utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to analyze complex problems, and recommend and develop security measures. Additionally, the role involves consulting with users and other technology groups, ensuring essential procedures are followed, and serving as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts. Applicants for this position should have 5-8 years' of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis, with a strong background in Java functional programming, Spring Boot libraries, and Java reactive frameworks. Experience in managing and implementing successful projects, as well as being a subject matter expert in at least one area of application development, is essential. The role also requires demonstrated leadership, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a certification in cloud technologies, experience with load balancing, caching, database optimization, and parallel processing, and an added advantage for having a Java certification.
