The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for Multifamily Acquisitions to spearhead its national investment platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the firm's acquisition strategy and overseeing the investment performance of a large, geographically diverse portfolio. This executive role demands a seasoned professional with at least 15 years' experience in multifamily real estate, including a proven track record in sourcing and executing acquisitions, as well as managing investments throughout their life cycle. Key responsibilities for the EVP include leading the full acquisition process, from sourcing to execution, building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of capital partners, and working closely with senior leadership to assess and execute investment opportunities. Applicants must possess a deep knowledge of underwriting, valuation, capital structures, debt financing, and investment returns, and have the ability to direct portfolio strategy across various investment stages. The role also involves leading and developing a team of multifamily investment professionals and representing the platform with investors and partners. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships in the multifamily investment market, particularly with brokers, lenders, and equity partners, and the executive presence and communication skills necessary to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
