The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide clear leadership and drive scalable growth within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the company's technological mastery, international reputation, and growth potential. This role demands a leader who can translate strategic ambitions into operational realities, build stable and scalable internal operations, and foster a culture of technical pride, transparency, and excellence. The CEO will also be tasked with overseeing the company's organic growth, safeguarding market leadership, and supporting the development of new growth opportunities. A hands-on approach, common sense, and a modern management style are essential. The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience in a senior management role within an industrial environment, with a preference for those with a background in machine building. The role requires a leader with a transformational style, capable of making tough decisions and implementing them consistently, while also being a strong people manager who can inspire and guide teams through change. Fluency in Dutch and English is a must, with knowledge of French and/or German being an asset. The CEO will be expected to have a proven track record in P&L management, a deep understanding of financial KPIs, and a hands-on approach to strategic thinking within an industrial SME context.
