The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead its major Belgian production site and oversee two affiliated sites in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full P&L of the Belgian entity and the two French sites, leading and developing management teams across various functions, and translating group strategy into local execution. This role demands a leader with a strong technical, engineering, or business background, senior leadership experience, and a proven track record in continuous manufacturing and technical roll goods.
