Candidates for the Market Manager position should have a high school diploma, with post-high school education preferred, and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a retail banking leadership role. Extensive knowledge of retail banking operations, including lending, deposits, payment systems, and customer service, is essential. The role requires proficiency in banking software systems, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve goals. The Market Manager will be expected to work in partnership with the VP of Retail Banking, understand the company's strategic plan, and execute initiatives that support the vision of the retail branch network.
